Fiat demonstrates (for us prudes) how to sell cars, the Italian way

Italians are nothing if not imbued with salaciousness. At the Los Angeles Auto Show last week, Fiat leapt upon this fact with a seemingly undiscovered gusto, like a high-school kid who just had his first beer and is—as we speak—rushing to his friends to tell them all about it. First Sight: Honda CR-V

Honda has released details of the all-new CR-V, which will be launched at the Paris Motor Show later this month. It aims to offer a driving experience as good as a D-sector saloon car, with improved equipment levels and Honda's latest advanced safety technology. The previous two generations of CR-V were based on Civic platforms and the latest all-new model continues that concept, being based on the new Civic architecture launched last year.

Faster Gumpert Apollo model to debut in Geneva

They may not be lookers, but there is no denying the performance credentials of Roland Gumpert's Apollo sports cars. With the base 650-hp engine package, the brainchild of the former director of Audi Sport is capable of reaching 60 mph in less than three seconds with a top speed or more than 200 mph. But now Gumpert is planning to reveal a faster chapter in the line at next month's Geneva motor show with the Apollo Speed.
